Now
we're moving on to a bit more advanced shot. This shot requires an
empty square in front of both the cleric and the scout. Fortunately,
the percent chance to hit meter explained earlier will show you if you
are lined up correctly. This is the shot that really gets the newbies
mad at you.
This
is a possible counter to the previous shot. In this scenario the knight
directly in front of the scout will block the scout from hitting the
cleric.
Here
is another possible block to the shot shown previously. This time, the
knight directly in front of the cleric will block the scout from
hitting it.

Now
to combine tricks. The above shot is a combination of angles, and empty
square shooting. Since the cleric is on the same angle as 3 shots
previously, and there is nothing directly in front of the scout, the
scout CAN hit the cleric by aiming at the empty square behind it.
Even though it looks like any of the other 5 units will block the shot,
try it for yourself. Once you have mastered this shot, there will
be no safe cleric anywhere in TAO.
